That is why we put together a free opportunity for Baltimore area youth.


We partnered with Baltimore City Public Schools for the MRI x The Hue Collective Post Production Bootcamp. Held at MRI Studios, we are giving youth the opportunity to learn from industry professional A'sia Horne.

A'sia Horne is a talented video editor with experience working for ESPN, Phelps Group, RPA, and various freelance projects. She has edited for well-known companies such as Hulu and DC Comics' Daily Show. Her web series, Funny Married Stuff, received recognition on the film festival circuit and was a potential Emmy nominee. A'sia continues to freelance as an assistant editor for popular shows such as NBC's Young Rock and Lena Waithe's TWENTIES.


Open to the youth 10-17 years old this 2-day BootCamp will give students the necessary skills to begin video editing like a pro. Interested youth should apply today. Only TEN slots are available.

One lucky student will win a Lenovo laptop to continue to build their video editing skills.

Criteria for Application:

  • Be 11-17 years old.

  • Attend Middle school (6th- 8th) or high school (9th-12th).

  • Fill out the application completely.

  • Answer prompts on why you’d like to attend the camp.
